The product

The application was born in the city of Medellín Colombia looking for an application of typical Colombian food for the people of the city, since they are meals that require a lot of time to prepare and make it very difficult for people to make them at home.

User persona

Fernanda: is a designer who works all day and tries to eat and do healthy things, her boyfriend who visits her frequently does not like that type of food and neither of them likes to cook, they have found many difficulties to find a variety of foods in one place, for this reason they would like a restaurant app to have a better culinary variety

Juan: Is a very busy doctor who values his time very much, he likes to spend as much time as possible with his 3 children, who see little for his work, and he sees in food the opportunity to share that time, for him, it is very important to find an application with very good local Colombian food since most of them are fast food.

The goal:
Present an application that has an excellent design and that is easy to use to order food at home

The problem:
Lack of time to prepare typical Colombian meals.

As a result of studying our users and empathizing with them, we found the following pain points

I did some interviews via the internet, and we created empathy maps to know our target audience and find out what their needs were, starting from the beginning that our application was for busy people who wanted a delicious Colombian food and did not have time to cook it.
But our investigation uncovered other shortcomings in the applications such as slow shipments, lack of customer service, and poorly packaged shipments.
